Welcome to the Australian National University!
My name is Tanya Lee and I am the 2025 President of the Actuarial, Finance, Economics and Commerce Student Society (AFEC), the most prominent business society on campus.
Starting university is a time filled with a mix of emotions - excitement, nervousness, curiosity and anticipation. I still remember my first days on campus, feeling unsure about what lay ahead, but excited at the new connections, experiences and opportunities. Joining AFEC became a defining moment for me, transforming my university life into something I could look forward to.
AFEC is more than just a student-run society; it’s a launchpad for ambition and growth. Here, your potential and enterprise don’t just coexist—they take flight.
